October 3-Nörten-Hardenberg
Today is a National German Holday to celebrate the reunification of Eastern and Western Germany. For us it means Joshua didn't have language class and the kids didn't have school so we took about a 7 minute train ride to Nörten-Hardenberg to see some castle remains. This castle is owned by a wealthy German family.
The wealthy family lives on these grounds. They were very well kept and beautiful. They have horse competitions here.
We have seen so, so many different kinds of berries growing in Germany.
