A little Christmas Decorating

This is the door to the  balcony in our kitchen. These red ornaments were passed on to us from an American family from church.  They left one week after we arrived.  They gave us lots of things ( X-mas lights, tree stand, ornaments, bike and helmet for Luke, roller blades, playmobil toys, tools, rain ponchos) and more.  We (mostly me because they were difficult) made cinnamon/applesauce ornaments.  My friend Beth also left lots of things for us, one of them being a new roll of jute which I have used for LOTS of things and the chalkboard heart was a find at the Euro Shop, Germany's version of a Dollar Store (thank you MB).
