November 13-An Afternoon in Hann Münden

These flowers are for sale at the train station-beautiful!
We took about a 30 minute train ride to the village of Hann Münden.  It is known because it is where two rivers come together to form a new river.
First stop-a bakery.  Paw Paw made us stop.  :)
As we walked through the village these are some things we saw.

This is the Rathaus.  An important building in every city.  It is similar to a Town Hall.
The details were impressive.
This is on the side of the Rathus and is showing how high flood waters have reached in the past.
A neat little building by the river.

Mean faces
Happy faces
Strong...faces?

One thing I have noticed about children in Germany is that their clothes often don't match and they are cute.  Brooke is looking pretty German in this picture.
